Return Policy:

We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@kutluart.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions for returning your item. Returns made without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can address the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items, such as custom 3D prints or special sizes, cannot be returned. Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Non-Eligible Returns:

We do not accept returns for discretionary reasons. Items will only be considered for return if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent.

Exchanges:

To ensure you get the item you desire, the quickest method is to return the item you have and then make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is processed.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected by your bank or credit card company.


Additional Note:

"If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will send you a replacement instead of return. If the product arrives not as described, we will also send you a replacement.

If there is any damage during shipping, please inform us within 3 days of receiving the package with accompanying photographs by emailing sales@kutluart.com. We will send you a new product free of charge.

While transportation costs are covered by us, VAT or customs duties may apply in some countries, which will be the responsibility of the buyer."
